Never danced before? Not sure what Boogaloo is? Looking for a fun warm-up class to get those creative juices going?
Boogaloo originated in NYC mainly among teenage African Americans & stateside Puerto Ricans. The style was a fusion of popular Afircan American rhythm and blues (R&B) and soul music with mambo and son montuno, with songs in both English & Spanish.
It's a great time - a crossroads of rhythms and can be used in many other dance styles!
Then join me WENDESDAYS from 630-730 at Pearl Studio!
The class is offered at Piel Canela Dance School. To register, you will be taken to the Piel Canela website. If you are new to Piel Canela, sign up for the New Student Special.
